The Literoom 1.0
The inception of what would evolve into the first iteration of The Literoom stemmed from a desire to democratize access to fine art and establish a platform for emerging artists, distinctively steering clear of industry conventions in both language and aesthetics. Over five years, The Literoom steadily expanded, curating a meticulously selected roster of global artists and selling numerous limited editions. In 2018, the business model and value chain of The Literoom attracted the acquisition interest of Swiss interior retailer “Interio.”

The Literoom 2.0
The essence of The Literoom remained unchanged in its second iteration: democratizing the art world through digital innovation. Founded alongside four co-founders, The Literoom 2.0 aimed to bridge traditional incumbents with emerging startups through numerous online events, culminating in a global summit launch in 2021. Currently in a dormant phase, The Literoom 2.0 continues to reflect its commitment to transforming access and engagement within the art community.

Wondrous
At Wondrous, I spearheaded a transformative vision of collaborative client engagement, reshaping how we work with clients through innovative approaches. This included the establishment of a dedicated office space designed to facilitate seamless collaboration and creativity. Under my leadership, I also orchestrated the nationally acclaimed DX Meetup, which grew to over 120 attendees per event, surpassing our initial capacity. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to pivot the meetup into a successful podcast format, producing 20 episodes that garnered a significant impact beyond our expectations.

Concierge
Co-founding Concierge Bar in 2011 was a passion project that evolved into a beloved community hub over the next five years. Our team crafted a welcoming space where patrons could unwind and connect, fostering a vibrant atmosphere that became a favorite local haunt. From curating the menu to orchestrating events, every detail was aimed at enhancing customer experience and building lasting relationships. Concierge Bar became synonymous with hospitality and community, leaving a lasting impression long after its doors closed in 2016.
Fun Fact: we had each of the 36 people who helped finance the bar draw a C around a beer-mat - these were then digitalised and put together over each other to create the logo.
